### - Multi-Level Play PaqueStone lets you take control of three main agent types: characters, vessels, and domains. Players can easily move between these agent types, or stick to one, to choose the scope and stakes of their story. ### - Eight Primary Attributes  Agents each have 8 primary attributes which comprehensively reflect their agency. There are no dump stats. ### - Six Secondary Attributes  Secondary attributes are derived directly from primary attributes to add greater depth to gameplay. ### - Dice by Degree There are 15 degrees of skill check and saving throw, ranging from 1d4 to 1d2000, allowing for deep progression whilst limiting power creep. ### - Low Rolls are Good Rolls Players want to roll as low as possible for the best outcomes. Roll thresholds are determined by attributes, and the die to roll is determined by degree. ### - Exponential Dice Most dice rolls can explode into critical failures, or implode into reroll dice. Whatever it is, no matter how sure the outcome or foregone the conclusion, _there's always a chance_. ### - Skill Tree Progression  There are no classes or predetermined specialisation. Players spend points on skill trees to customise their agent into exactly what they want to play. ### - Configurable Gameplay Loop Players rest and prepare for their next adventure in the downtime phase, before striking out into danger during the adventure phase, and then repeat the process. With specific downtime and campaign actions, players choose how extensive they want each phase of the game to be. ### - Inter-Genre Compatible  All the rules provided are completely setting neutral, meaning you can move player characters seamlessly between the grittiest fantasy and the softest sci-fi with no changes to their character sheet.
